As a UX design lead, 70% of my time is invested in understanding business contexts and chaos in order to provide UX guidance to program teams. Another 15% is allocated to screen-level UI designs, while the remaining 15% goes towards supporting various designers, program teams, and design studio capabilities such as research labs, training programs, and design tools.
